Boarding Contract for Canine Hilton Each boarder at Canine Hilton must carefully read and sign a contract each time your pet is boarded at our facility. Here is a copy of our contract for your information and familiarity.
"I do hereby entrust Canine Hilton to care for my pet for the boarding stay and agree to all of the terms listed below. I authorize Canine Hilton to do whatever necessary for the health and well-being of my pet and agree to pay for any and all expenses relating to same. I will provide Canine Hlton with a detailed medication schedule and advise Canine HIlton of any medical problems or conditions of my pet. I wll provide Canine HIlton with proof of current vaccinations for my boarded pet. I understand that Canine Hilton will exercise reasonable care for my pet at all times. I will not hold Canine Hilton responsible for any liability of any kind arising from boarding my pet from any cause whatsoever including fire, theft, running away, death, injury or death to persons or pets, or property damage caused by my pet. I agree to be responsible for any and all acts of behavior of my pet at any time within the terms and time of this agreement. I understand Canine HIlton will in no case be liable or responsible. I agree to pay daily board at the rate posted per night. If my pet requires Special Care (for geriatrics, emergencies, etc.) I authorize Canine Hilton to provide that care and agree to pay for those services. I will advise Canine HIlton if my return date is extended. If Canine HIlton is not paid after 14 days past scheduled pick up, Canine HIlton may dispose of my pets as them deem appropriate. Canine Hilton is allowed to spend $________________ in emergency medical services. I will provide my credit card number for emergency fees. Canine HIlton is allowed to transport my pet to the vet indicated on this agreement or to an Animal Emergency Clinic. I agree to pay for any ancillary services or products requested by me such as playtime, transportation, grooming, medication, etc. I agree that I am solely responsible for any damages that my pet may cause through malicious or improper conduct. I understand Canine Hilton facilities are treated professionally with a safe, non toxic flea and tick treatment. I understand Canine Hilton recommends my pet be treated with a once a month flea and tick treatment before boarding. I understand Canine Hilton will check my pet for fleas and ticks and charge my account for treatment if any are found. I understand Canine Hilton is NOT responsible if parasites are found on my pet after boarding. I have read this contract and sign it freely."
